2008 Constitution Week

Turkeyfest


Miss DeWitt CFB Megan Duderstadt recently represented our county recently at the Turkeyfest Parade.

Tom Tom Festival


Miss DeWitt County Farm Bureau Megan Duderstadt represented our county at Tom Tom Festival in Yoakum on June 7, 2008.  The vehicle she rode in was provided as a courtesy of DWCFB board member Judy Fisher and her husband Walter Fisher.

 

Miss DeWitt CFB crowned

Megan Duderstadt (left) was crowned this year's Miss DeWitt CFB. Hillary Lauer was named runner-up. Congratulations to both young ladies!

Food Check-Out Week–DeWitt County Farm Bureau and McDonald's again hosted a Farmers' Share Breakfast in Cuero.

Ag Day


Fourth graders and sponsors prepare for a day of learning about agriculture at Cuero Park, Oct. 13.


Directors were on hand to greet children as they entered.

Several members pitched in to prepare food for the elementary children.


County members get ready to feed some hungry kids.


High school ag assistants were also available to answer questions from the kids.


The oldest tractor was displayed during Ag Day.


Approximately 350 fourth graders got a taste of agriculture.


Area Field Representative Don Sugarek educated the children about agriculture via
Texas Farm Bureau's Mobile Learning Barn.
