New lineup eligible
for Dodge rebate
Program expanded to cover several cars as well as trucks...
Six new exciting vehicles have been added to the lineup available to Texas Farm Bureau members with the Dodge Truck Bonus Certificate Program.
For the first time, the program has been extended to include cars. As of Feb. 10, the 2001 Neon, Stratus Coupe, Stratus Sedan, Intrepid, Caravan and Grand Caravan (excludes EX model) models are available for the $500 rebate.
Other models still eligible for the rebate include 2000-2001 Ram pickup (all models and engines); 2000-2001 Ram Chassis Cab (all models and engines); 2000-2001 Dakota Pickup (all models, excluding four-cylinder engines); 2000-2001 Durango (all models and engines); and 2000-2001 Ram passenger wagon.
The following Q&A answers specific program details:
Q. Who is eligible?
A. Those persons who have been a Texas Farm Bureau member for a minimum of 30 calendar days from the date they joined their local County Farm Bureau.
Q. Do I have to be a farmer/rancher in order to receive the rebate?
A. No, you don't have to be a farmer/rancher to be eligible. However, you must be a paid member for 30 days from the calendar day you join before making a purchase of one of the offered vehicles, to be eligible.
Q. Are my family members eligible for the rebate?
A. The member and his/her spouse and any child under the age of 25 who live with their parents are eligible for the rebate. However, if a child uses the "College Graduate Rebate" they cannot combine it with the Farm Bureau rebate.
Q. Can I purchase a vehicle out-of-state and receive the rebate?
A. Yes, but you must take a Texas rebate certificate with you. These can be obtained from your local County Farm Bureau office or any Texas Dodge dealer.
Q. What do I need to take to the Dodge dealer in order to receive the rebate?
A.You must take your current membership card (membership numbers are four digits) with you when making the purchase. Your automobile insurance policy number is NOT your membership number. You may also obtain a completed rebate certificate from your local County Farm Bureau office to take to the dealership.
