Texas FB 11 Gold Stars
Texas Farm Bureau was among those recognized in the Gold Star
Awards ceremony held Jan. 19 at the American Farm Bureau Federation's 84th
annual convention and meeting in Tampa, Fla.
TFB earned 11 gold stars—one each for the following categories: membership;
commodity marketing and marketing information; Young Farmer & Rancher
program; public relations; state and local governmental affairs; leadership
and organization development; public policy implementation; special programs;
political education programs; Agriculture in the Classroom; and agriculture
promotion.
