Wildlife workshop set February

The Texas Chapter of the Wildlife Society is sponsoring a K-12
teacher workshop at the Welder Wildlife Refuge in Sinton, Feb. 28. Topics
covered include: Wildlife Management & Conservation: Meeting the Needs
of Wildlife & People; History of Conservation in the United States;
Our Wildlife Heritage in South Texas: Regional Settlement, Land Use, and
