The Texas Beef Council has published its annual summary of 2004 checkoff projects in a state-national report now available to Texas producers. This annual report describes beef checkoff activities funded by Texas producers through the $1 per head beef checkoff program.
Texas beef producers can review the projects funded through their checkoff dollars by requesting a copy of TBC's annual report. It is available from TBC at 1-800-846-4113 or by email at beef@txbeef.org. TBC also will distribute copies at beef producer meetings in 2005.
Producers also can view the annual report online at www.texasbeef.org. Requests for a detailed, audited financial statement of the Texas beef checkoff program also should be made to TBC either by phone or email.
